Dr. Kellie Wedge
Dr. Kellie Wedge brings an extensive background in animal medicine and surgery to the Sumner Veterinary Team. Prior to undergraduate studies at Washington State University, Dr. Wedge became a veterinary technician and then worked as a surgical technician for over 7 years. In 2005, she earned her DVM from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and then received a certificate of internship in small animal medicine and surgery in 2006 from the Center of Specialized Veterinary Care in Long Island, NY. Dr. Wedge utilizes her expertise in surgery, medicine and emergency critical care along with her love for animals at Sumner.
Kellie enjoys living in the Pacific NW, where she enjoys the outdoors hiking, roller skating and also spending time at the dog parks with her Boxer, Sunday.
