Dr. Emily Fukuzato
Having done her internship in small animal emergency and surgery at Animal Surgical and Emergency Center, Los Angeles CA in 2005-2006 Dr. Fukuzato has extensive training in ultrasound, dentistry, soft tissue surgery along with flexible and rigid endoscopy. She is particularly interested in management of chronic diseases such as kidney disease, diabetes and intestinal diseases. She became a veterinarian to provide services that nourish the human-animal bond and the special companionship relationship that exists between owners and their pets. She is currently a member of WSVMA, VECCS, and AVMA. Dr. Fukuzato lives with her family in Seattle and enjoys gardening, hiking, skiing and traveling. She has a golden retriever and three cats.
